New Layout

I started what I thought would be a quick and easy re-skin of the site. Having spent a while surfing the net for an appropriate set of MT templates I settled on IcyBlue from Neil Turner. What should have been a simple cut and paste job seems to have left IE users needing to scrolldown to find the sidebar. I hope to solve this in the next couple of days. IE users please bear with me during this period.
Updated: Issues with IE now fixed. L+F changes compled. Phew.
